As a KYC Coordinator at SumUp, you will
Guarantee overall adherence of KYC processes to regulatory rules
Guarantee proper report of KYC processes and policies internally with AML and Compliance teams, but also externally, with card schemes compliance programs, and the Central Bank of Brazil
Ensure correct report, data and plans for internal audit reports, including KYC refresh initiative
Lead onboarding operational team to guarantee KYC processes main indicators such as SLAs and quality
Guarantee correct processes for SDD, CDD and EDD based on the customer's risk level
Identify opportunities to increase agent efficiency and process improvements
Define optimal capacity planning for the onboarding operations team
You'll be great for this role if you
Are familiar with regulatory business norms and resolutions, preferably knowledge of KYC processes such as CDD and EDD
Have advanced English skills
Have solid leadership and people development experience
Have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Are familiar with operational processes and continuous improvement
Have experience or are familiar with operational KPIs
