Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to work as an integral part of our Platform Tribe and will be working on a project basis in a multi-disciplinary team engaged in a wide range of Salesforce.com global projects . You will be part of the Operations Platform Squad, a team that is focused on provide a cohesive and scalable CRM platform, driving the best experience for our Salesforce users - and hence our merchants :)

In this role, you'll work alongside an international team of administrators and developers to ensure that all Cloud Services (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Contact Centers) are working according to our global business needs. Your dedication to collaborative problem-solving, innovative design, and delivering high-quality products will be crucial.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of enhancing processes and driving adoption through Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Force.com platform.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll closely engage with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and implement new business processes across various domains including Onboarding, Payments, Verification, Risk, Finance, Logistic, and Sales.

This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role helps guide teams to successfully deliver the Salesforce-centric project.

What you’ll do

  • Design and build complex solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce according to our global business needs, working with all Salesforce standard declarative solutions;

  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new initiatives within the team;

  • Collaborate with admins from other teams to ensure best practices and development standards are being implemented;

  • Work with a technical focus, developing the technical part and new features of the platform such as AI;

  • Being in contact with business teams to understand and document initiatives, as well as define and communicate technical solutions;

You’ll be great for this position if

  • You communicate with clarity and impact in English, understanding how the message has been received;

  • You have at least 3+ years working experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant - you should know your stuff;

  • You have great experience working with Salesforce automations, specially with Flows;

  • You have experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and process mapping & optimization;

  • You haves high energy and drive, brings enthusiasm and the ability to engage with people at multiple levels on projects and meetings;

The following requirements are a big plus for us:

  • Experience in other Salesforce features and systems (Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud), or integrated services (Web Services, Call Centers);

  • Worked on different projects on different business models;

  • Certifications as a Salesforce.com Admin and App Builder, or other Salesforce.com Certifications - big plus!
