As a Data & Insights Specialist at SumUp, you’ll have a very hands-on and versatile scope of work. We expect you to do data modelling, data analytics and insights, automation, team management and upskilling, documentation, data quality monitoring and continuity of data models.
What you’ll do
Generate analytics and insights on Operations projects, focused on automation and self-service, and monitor & measure project planning and results;
Create and maintain data models that will be consumed by the Operations domain analysts in Brazil;
Manage and prioritize demands incoming from BR market stakeholders;
Develop and support the analyst in the BR Operations Data team;
Manage BR Operations data domain (Snowflake & DBT);
Actively participate in OKR discussions and design for BR Operations, BR Ops Projects and BR Ops Data;
Collaborate actively and closely with Global Operations data analysts on global data models, KPIs and visualizations.
You’ll be great for this role if you
Speak advanced English and feel comfortable communicating with global teams;
Have advanced SQL;
Have excellent skills in data visualization (preferably with Tableau)
Have good problem solving skills;
Have experience with Python;
Have experience with ETL/ELT;
Have knowledge of data transformation and data modelling;
Have prior experience with people management, either direct or mentoring, and project leading.
