Who you are:
SumUp is seeking an experienced US Head of Product to join the SumUp team in the Boulder, Colorado office. You will lead a talented team of product leaders and will be responsible for the vision, strategy, roadmap and impact of the POS, Loyalty and Payments products in the United States.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an incredible collaborator with a strong but flexible product vision, who thrives in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment, and thrive in balancing competing priorities and needs across a global organization.
This is an in-office position in Boulder, Colorado.
What you’ll do:
Own the vision for our core US product covering POS, loyalty and payments
Manage a team of experienced product managers and designers
Help design and drive architecture to scale products globally
Collaborate with Sumuppers across the globe
Relentlessly prioritize competing product priorities across multiple products and teams
Communicate product priorities and progress as well as drive clarity and context for the US and global teams
Partner with Engineering, Operations and Sales to improve products and services that balance short-term and long-term delivery with revenue growth and profitability
What we're looking for:
Someone who is comfortable with backend technologies, a strong communicator and a strategic thinker
Extensive product experience in a global team, ideally with payments/POS experience
High level of maturity and calm under pressure
Ruthlessly prioritize and balance the needs of many different people and teams
Strong business acumen
Strong written and verbal communication skills who can speak to technical and non-technical audiences
Resourceful and data driven
Strong relationship builder
Self-driven and a lifelong learner
10+ years of product management experience
Experience leading a 5+ person Product team

Compensation:
$200k - $275k
Compensation will be finalized based on the candidate’s experience and location
