Who you are:  

SumUp is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join the SumUp team in the Boulder office. You will support the US Growth Marketing Team as we bring new merchants onboard across all of SumUp’s SaaS products in the US market . The ideal candidate will be involved in all aspects of driving growth and should be strategic, analytical, and resourceful. 

This is an in-office position in Boulder, Colorado.

What you’ll do:

• Launching, testing, analyzing and optimizing campaigns across paid media channels.

• Drive new, high-value merchants to the SumUp ecosystem within our efficiency targets.

• Report, analyze and optimize campaign performance and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

• Constantly benchmark, test, and evolve current marketing campaigns to ensure the delivery of the best ROI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage lead flow to achieve revenue targets.

• Help with other marketing teams across areas like content and website management, CRM and strategy where needed. 

What we're looking for:

• 2-5 years experience

• Experience managing campaigns within: Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube), Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Marketplace Ads (TikTok and other channels a plus)

• Strong analytical skills and experience with Looker Data Studio, Tableau, or equivalent

• Ability to be resourceful, and make data driven decisions

• Agency experience is a plus

• Knowledge of FinTech space or running a small business is a plus

Compensation: 

• $70k - $90k

• Compensation will be finalized based on the candidate’s experience and location
